So i initially was looking for a random gift for my husband when i ran into this website. I immediately loved the customized robe idea since i had been wanting to get him a robe for quite some time. After ordering the robe i decided to check out their reviews (please always check reviews before hand) and to my surprise, all reviews where horrible! They terrified me! Bad customer service, bad products, late shipping and all! I was like... dang! And praying it would be a different outcome for me. I later decided to just email them and tell them to cancel the order disregarding the numerous comments about them being unable to cancel orders. Well... my package arrived 2 days later a total of 6 days after order! The robe was beautifully made, soft and warm! The stitching was well done and it looked exactly the way it looked in the photo! I was very impressed and happy with my purchase. I never got an email back but its okay because it was better than i expected! I had to do a positive review after the countless negative reviews that i have read about this site! Thank you personalized mall for making my experience a good one and i hope everyone the best of luck with their orders!

This company is terrible!! I ordered a valentine's gift, paid extra for shipping to have it before Valentine's day and it is now 10 days LATE!! It was very disappointing and after numerous emails, they say the same thing.... your package is due to arrive the next day, and it NEVER does. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from this company. You will be disappointed. This company is AWFUL!!

Never got my order

I ordered a water bottle in November of 2020 and still have not gotten it nor an answer back from them. I want my money back and will never order from them again. But, they will not respond to me.

Horrible delivery & customer service

I ordered some custom Easter bags for my grandchildren and it was promised on their website to be delivered before Easter without having to pay extra for expedited shipping. This company uses FedEx and they are unreliable and have caused more problems than any other shipping company. I received my order the day after Easter which was useless. The company was heartless and only offered to give me a shipping refund but no other remedy. I will not order from this company again. What a disappointment.

ALWAYS SATISFIED!

ALWAYS SATISFIED!! I order from them at LEAST every other month now since my 1st grandson was born. have ordered at least 20 items from them and have NEVER been disappointed. (it's kinda scary how great the site is.) very affordable, shipping is prompt, they always send me discount offers for my next order-- and have sales on products before the discount is applied. i have literally nothing bad to say, except thanks Personalization Mall for helping me to make my family smile.

Hey personalization mall how about you as a company that's supposed to be professional take responsibility and stop blaming FEDEX the mail carriers and the customers for your f*** ups. Your responses to people who spent their hard earned money during a pandemic when times are ten times harder with you is completely disgusting. Your behavior is what made me decide not to order anything from you and from the sound of it if I did order a personalized mask from you the pandemic would be over before I ever receive it. Someone needs to report your rude unprofessional asses to the BBB. Your company will tank soon if you keep this s**t up. You're a bunch of f******g scam artist.

False guarantees, overcharging, no customer service

The website charged me $21.99 for shipping, with guaranteed delivery between 6-10 days after shipment. It was a bit much for a domestic shipping price but I decided to pay anyway. The items were shipped within the same week, however, has yet to arrive (2+ weeks later). I wrote the company and have yet to receive any reply. I verified FedEx websites expected delivery date (which was last Friday, multiple days past the 6-10 day guarantee) but there have been no updates since the 1st "parcel was received" notice. When calling FedEx to see why no new delivery date was provided, they notified my that the website had shipped my package through USPS shared shipping method which involved boating it to its destination! Turns out that the company charged me $22 but shipped with the absolute cheapest shipping alternative! The expected wait time for arrival? 21-30+ days! Not only has this ruined my Valentine's day gift (despite assurance it would arrive in time) but now I don't even know when it'll arrive. Hopefully it will be in perfect, as-described condition but I have low hopes as transparency thus far has been terrible! There are other good sites. Stay far away from this one!!!

HORRIBLE LIES, DON'T BUY

Payed EXTRA $15 for shipping before a certain date and it didn't even come. Attempted to contact them they lied and said they would refund me shipping plus 25% off, but didn't instead they BLOCKED my account and numbers after being nice and patient. The bich Kay D. The one in charge of doing chargebacks is no help & is always suddenly on 4 weeks vacation. This company is full of bs, how do you block a paying customer? I attempted to buy again using a different account and the same freaking $#*! happened. They are a f'ing JOKE!

STAY AWAY

Total Rip Off! Better off going to ETSY. Bad customer service. Ordered something personal to celebrate a 20th wedding anniversary, it was a "This date compared to current date" Turns out if you want something like that you have to order it 2 years after the momentous date.
Total waste of money and time.
Oh and when you spend the ridiculous amount of money, they slap you in the face an send you a save 30% off coupon on your next order.

Horrible company

The product I ordered was blurry and terrible quality. I asked for a refund and they denied it and allegedly sent a new product that I never received.

This place is the worst ever

This place is the worst ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Just like everyone else I paid $30 in shipping to have my gift here by Christmas. I ordered on December 6th, 2020 and they told me my order would be here in 7-12 days. LIE. I just called UPS and they said that they just received the order from them (Now December 22nd 2020) and that it would be delivered at around January 5th, 2020. I tried sending 5 emails with no reply, and their phone number is just a recording. Terrible place.

#1 star - The shipment time travel claims to be still in the facility.

Their shipment is bad to Canadian orders. I ordered a gift 13 days ago called “#1 dad personalization” from personalizationmall.com. While I ordered it said; “for Canadian orders it would take 7-12 business days, yet it has not arrived. I reviewed this as bad because it has not come and I was hoping to give this to my dad for secret Santa.
